Please Note, we WILL NOT cancel any games due to the weather. GAMES WILL ONLY BE CANCELLED IF THE TOWN OF OAKVILLE CHOOSES TO CLOSE THE ARENAS (which is very unlikely). Please keep an eye on the forecast and plan accordingly, allow yourself extra time to get to the arena and drive safe!
You absolutely must put the safety of your team first. This is just a hockey tournament, your choice to attend must be based on your personal circumstances.If your team is not going to make your game, please notify the Tournament Director ASAP. Lauren can be reached at [email protected]. Please note, we recognize these are exceptional circumstances - no penalty will be imposed on a team forfeiting a game due to the weather.
Please note, any games cancelled as a result of arena closure will not be rescheduled. In the unlikely event of an arena closure, the affected teams will be notified via email and this page will be updated with an announcement.
