The Leafs needed a win or tie to clinch first place in the division. With a victory today, the Red Bulls had an outside chance at finishing first.

The first period was tightly contested, by two seemingly evenly matched teams. The only goal came late in the period, with Spencer Osborn scoring for the Red Bulls.

In the second the Bulls scored twice to take a commanding 3-0 lead. William Kasslack and Mark Liabotis tallied before the Leafs answered with a goal of their own from Nicholas Riviglia on the power play.

As the third period began, the Leafs, who had only lost two games on the season, were down 3-1 and facing their second loss in a row. If the Bulls could hold on.

Nervousness started to creep in for the Bulls supporters with six minutes to play, when Benito Ritacco scored to bring the blue shirts within one.

The comeback was complete, and first place in the division sealed, when Connor Waters scored with only thirty-two seconds to play.

It was an entertaining game, with the Leafs playing well to come back from a 3-0 deficit to earn the tie.
