Requests for Withdrawal & Refund
Refunds may be provided for teams depending on the date of withdrawal relative to the first scheduled game of the tournament:
- 60 or more days: full refund, less a $50 administration fee
- 30 to 59 days: 50% refund UNLESS a suitable replacement team can be found, in which case a 75% refund will be available
- •29 or fewer days: 0% refund UNLESS a suitable replacement team can be found, in which case a 50% refund will be available
Full refunds are not available for late withdrawals even when replacement teams are found since those replacement teams are usually offered a discount to disrupt their schedule by entering a tournament well after their season has already started.
