*HTCP Level 1 expires after three (3) years on August 31st. Please complete the HTCP Level 1 Refresher Course before expiry or else you will have to do the whole clinic over again

Every Volunteer MUST have a Vulnerable Sector Check Police Clearance completed and submitted in order to volunteer with the Oakville Rangers. Vulnerable Sector Checks are good for three (3) years. The ORIGINAL copy MUST be submitted to the OHF Screening Submission Portal by Clicking Here (do not scan or re-produce). The Oakville Rangers DO NOT cover the cost of a Vulnerable Sector Check Police Clearance.
If you live within the Halton Region, including Oakville, you can Click Here to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check Police Clearance. If you are a Volunteer who lives outside of Oakville/Halton Region you will need to go to your local police to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check Police Clearance. You may be asked to produce a letter from the OHF to request a Vulnerable Sector Check - click here to download the requested letter.
You are also required to complete and submit a Criminal Offense Declaration Form EVERY YEAR. Please Click Here to fill out and submit the Criminal Offence Declaration Form.
