In this new Open Border world, the Oakville Rangers have and are investing significant time, money, resources and people to ensure that the Rangers are the best player development organization in Canada. We are committed to attracting, retaining, developing and advancing players who will contribute to our Championship Culture; who will commit to being the best person/athlete/student they can be; who will support our best-in-class coaches and who will live the RANGERS Standard.
We thank everyone who came out to evaluations and congratulate those of you who were selected. We also hope that you attended our AAA Kick-Off meeting on Saturday, April 25. If not, please carefully review the presentation below and ensure that players/parents/guardians fully understand both our expectations of you for this coming year and what you can expect from us. Next season is not just another season. Next season is THE season. THE Season you took OREPP and summer training seriously; the season you became a better student and person at school; the season you became a better teammate; a more coachable player; a better, more supportive hockey parent; a better more dedicated coach; the season you expect more from yourself and deliver more; the season you become more accountable, responsible, disciplined, respectful – it is the season of no excuses and maximum effort. It is THE Season you look back on and say that was a huge year for me/my son/daughter and the team.
