This is a different season and it didn’t stop our
team from answering the call for what is sure to be the worst crisis for food
at our local Foodbank due to the impact of this Pandemic.
Our Rangers U13 Tier 3C/D players got together and successfully filled this Van (shown in picture below) with three shopping carts worth of food donations to Oakville Fareshare Foodbank. The players followed this up by writing personal messages and signing Christmas cards for Seniors at a local Oakville Nursing home. They were concerned that with the Pandemic many would not be able to meet with their families and they did not like the idea of them being alone. Such wonderful and caring actions by these kids.
