We understand that Grade 9 is a pivotal year, marked by new academic expectations and increased responsibilities. Our program is built with this in mind - striking a balance between competitive hockey and the evolving demands of teenage life.
The Oakville Rangers U15 BB offers players the opportunity to play high-quality hockey in a non-body-checking environment, facing strong competition from top teams across Southern Ontario. We are striving to build on our Semi Finals in both Tri-County Championship and OMHA Red Hats. These are no small feats, but with determination, teamwork, and hard work, it's definitely achievable.
Skill development remains a key priority, with a focus on continuous improvement, teamwork, and resilience on and off the ice. As part of the Rangers organization, our players also benefit from the chance to practice and play as affiliate players (“AP”) with higher-level teams. This exposure is an excellent opportunity for athletes to challenge themselves and develop the skills needed to succeed at the next level of competition.
Beyond the scoreboard, the focus remains on skill development and fostering a lifelong love for the game. The friendships and team bonds that form here are just as powerful as the plays on the ice. If you're looking for competitive hockey without the risks of body contact - and a team you can grow and succeed with - this is the place to be. The U15BB program is more than just a hockey team - it's a supportive, competitive, and development-focused experience that helps young athletes thrive in all areas of life.
