New Player Registration
Hockey Canada Profile Request Form

Fill out and submit this form if you are registering a Player who is brand new to organized hockey in Canada and does not have a Hockey Canada Profile. Upon receipt, the ORHC will use this information to create a Hockey Canada Player’s Profile for your child. Once complete, you will receive an email advising you of how to proceed with the next steps to complete your registration. Please allow up to 7 business days for this form to be processed and your child’s Hockey Canada Profile to be created. If your child has played organized hockey in Canada before and already has a Hockey Canada Player’s Profile please return to the main Registration Information screen and follow the instructions there.
