The Oakville Rangers Hockey Club 2026 Annual Meeting will be conducted virtually. Registration is required to receive a Zoom link for the AM. To attend and vote at the Annual Meeting, you must have been a member of our club for the 2025/26 season, as per our By-Law 5.3. Please use the link below to register. Registration for the AM opens on Monday, August 17th, 2026 at 9:30am
Registration for the AM closes on Sunday August 23rd, 2026 at 5:00pm
Please click here to download the Appointment of Proxy Form. Instructions for appointing a Proxy can be found here. Completed Proxy Forms are to be submitted via email to [email protected]. Proxies can be submitted when Registration for the Annual Meeting opens on Monday August 17th, 2026 at 9:30am and will be accepted until Sunday August 23rd, 2026 at 5:00pm.
